Refund Policy for Grade Improvement Guarantee

This program is designed to support students in achieving at least a one-grade improvement in GCSE Maths through structured weekly sessions, practice exercises, and continuous assessment. If the criteria below are met without a minimum one-grade improvement by the end of the program, a refund will be issued.

1. Initial and Monthly Assessments Requirement

  • Initial Assessment: All students must complete an initial diagnostic test under timed and supervised conditions. This assessment, along with recent school grades (if available), will serve as the benchmark for tracking progress.

  • Monthly Assessment: All students must complete monthly assessments under timed and supervised conditions. These assessments will help to track progress and allow feedback.

2. Consistent Participation and Engagement Criteria

To qualify for the grade-improvement guarantee, students are required to:

  • Attend at least 90% sessions: Attendance will be recorded. Missing more than 10% of sessions without valid, pre-approved arrangements (e.g., illness or emergency) will void eligibility for a refund.

  • Complete All Assigned Homework and Practice Exercises: Students must complete all assigned work by the specified deadlines to demonstrate consistent engagement with the program’s material. Failure to complete two or more homework assignments consecutively will void eligibility for a refund.

  • Participate Actively in Classes: Students must show active involvement by participating in discussions, answering questions, and attempting in-class exercises.

Refund Conditions

  • Missed Sessions: Refunds are not applicable if a student misses more than 10% of the sessions.

  • Incomplete Program: Students who withdraw or do not complete the entire program are not eligible for a refund.

  • Exam Cancellations: If official GCSE exams are canceled or postponed, refund eligibility will be based on internal assessments or equivalent alternative measures.

  • Refund Eligibility: If a student has met the attendance, participation, homework completion, and engagement criteria but does not achieve at least a one-grade improvement in their real GCSE maths exam in the summer, they may be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Process: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving their real GCSE results. The request will be reviewed within 30 days, and any refund due will be issued within 7 days of approval.
